Owner / President – Keith Hollen

Owner / President – Keith Hollen brings over 36 years of experience in the private investigation industry, having worked on some of North Carolina’s most high-profile cases and appearing on Fox News Charlotte and Time Warner News. He is widely recognized for his expertise in surveillance and teaches his course, Old School to New School Surveillance. Keith is also active in ministry, serving as a chaplain with Billy Graham’s Samaritan’s Purse Rapid Response Team, and is a member of the National Association of Legal Investigators (NALI).

Vice President – Kathy Broom has over 15 years of experience in private investigations, specializing in surveillance, locates, and background investigations. She also owns Process Servers of the Carolinas, providing process serving throughout North and South Carolina. Kathy is a member of the South Carolina Association of Legal Investigators (SCALI) and the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS), and was named SCALI’s 2021 Investigator of the Year.
